Getting Started
To start sending SMS messages within automations using WolfPack's native SMS feature, please submit the SMS application registration form.
You will need to enter how many credits you wish to have on your account. Once credits have been purchased for your account, the SMS Manager page will appear under Settings > SMS Manager. View SMS Pricing.
The SMS Manager page is used to register for SMS sending with WolfPack.
WolfPack will complete your SMS Registration Application for you within your account.
Important Notes
Sending SMS messages through mass automations requires registering your business. WolfPack does not manage registrations, as they are managed by a third party - The Campaign Registry.
Businesses must have a valid EIN (Employer Tax Identification) Number or Tax ID number to register in the United States.
Only Admins can complete the SMS Manager application.
Completing The Registration Form
To complete the registration form, you will need to submit the following:
General business information.
The location you are opting to send messages to (i.e. within the United States).
Your campaign use case (i.e. requesting reviews).
Provide a description.
Sample messages.
Updating Your Website's Terms, Privacy Policies, & Opt-In Forms
In order to be approved for SMS sending using the native tool, you will also need to update your website's terms, and privacy policy, and include an SMS opt-in checkbox to your website's contact form.

I.e. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from COMPANY NAME. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
The privacy policy and terms of use pages must specify how their information is shared.
