How To Share A Campaign Template To Another AC Account

In this article, we'll show you how to create a sharing link for your campaign template.

Updated over a week ago

We would like to highlight that you won't be able to have the same campaigns and campaign reports in the new account because it is currently not possible to migrate campaigns and emails from one account to another.

However, since you want to use the campaigns to send in the new account, what we can do is create templates on the old account based on the campaigns there and share these templates from your old account with your new one.

To accomplish this, we would visit the previous campaign, choose to create a template based on it, and then share this template with the new account.

First, we need to save a campaign as a template.

Save a campaign as a template

1. Click “Campaigns” in the left menu to navigate to the Campaigns Overview page.

2. In the list of campaigns that appears, find the campaign that you want to save as a template. Click the down caret to the right of the campaign name.

3. Click "Save as a template."

Click Save as Template

You will be redirected to your list of templates. The template you just added will appear first in the list.

Next, follow the instructions outlined below:

  1. Hover your mouse over the template and click the gear icon that appears.

  2. Click the "Share" option.

  3. A "Share this template" modal will appear and display your share link. Click the link icon to copy the link.

  4. Click the "X" to close the window.

  5. Login to your other account

  6. Go to Campaign > Manage Template

  7. Click the "Import a Template" button on the top right of the page.

    Import a template button

    8. An "Import a Template" modal will appear.

    • Type or paste the template share link into the field provided

    • Click the "OK" button

    Template URL field

After you click “OK” the template will open and you will be able to make modifications to it. Any modifications you make here will not affect the original template.

9.. Once you are done editing the template, click “Save and Exit.”
